I think the tongue counts as an outline, i would also recommend moving the mouth closer to the center of the face

The shirt shape and shading is completely weird imo.

Hii! I really like the design but I circled / outlined some areas that could use a bit of work! On the hoodie you should add some shadows to add depth, on the tounge you should colour the outline to be really close the the tongue colour. And on the hair I think you haveb done it without "base" outlines lol, it looks kinda flat in my opinion and I think the bangs for example could use a bit of work But overall I like the idea it's great that ur designing
