It looks real good and I could say you can still improve a lot!
But... I will suggest you to check pinned messages, and tell some stuff you can change :D

• First of all, your whole design has outlines, and it shouldn't have, according to guidelines.
• Nice idea if shirt! But I think would be better if you put shirt next to body, and not so far :eyes:
• The hair can't be behind the back, but it doesn't mean you can't do good long hairs, also loved this one!
• Eyes could be a bit distant to each other, they are s9 close, and looks quite big (nice shading :o)

It has being awesome, and I think you can improve a lot! But for now, you can check pinned messages and check design guideline, to know some rules and improve it. Have a nice work!

If you... just turned them to be a but more higher so they go from the upper left/right corner to the down right/left corner, apply some basic eye things, and you still have your eyes then, maybe the way the eye is on the face doesnt even need to change

Wow! It looks great. It's really cute and has a nice balance of color where it doesn't feel like there isn't too much of a color. All of the items hold weight to the avatar so that's great to see as well! One very very minor thing I would change would be to make it so that the reflection on the glasses is only shown on the transparent part and not the dark pink part. Other than that it looks really nice, well done!!!
