You could technically use a converter but that still requires fixing and assembling via an app that runs SVG files. So if it does go in-game usually the Devs request someone to trace it into SVG and you're good.

Feedback time, woo! Please note the design is overall really pretty but I'm very shitty at voicing that so the following will be pure feedback with no pampering.
Hair: the hairline seems a little high and I personally don't like how "fuzzy" it is. The fuzzies are also so small that in a round they probably wouldn't be seen, so I suggest making them bigger and lesser (to fit them being bigger).
Eyes: they are a little wide in comparison to how flat they are, in my opinion, and as stated before a bit far apart. I also think the eyebrows could use some more proper shaping and not just be lines.
Mouth: looks good but I'm not a fan of it being black lines. Try making it slightly transparent or a dark brown transparent tone (do try to make sure that it'll match all/most skin tones).
Shirt: looks pretty though it could use some more shading and shaping. The line things to split the collar band are a bit messy and could be cleaned up.
Background: I think it has like highlights in certain places? It looks a bit more like my screen is glitching, since they are so small. I suggest making them thicker.
Foreground: cute! Hearts look a little outlined though and the top of the envelopes as well.
Colour scheme: in my opinion the different pinks and reds clash a little too much, I'd try adding another colour instead of limiting yourself to matching pinks.

Background: it looks good but yet again it's very liney in terms of shading. Try working more with shapes! The eyes look a bit outlined but I'm not sure why.
Hat Boy: it does look a little odd. Try making the nest more ‿ shaped! I think that'll look better. And the egg should lay a little more upward.
Hat girl: im honestly not really sure what it is but it does look kinda fancy owo
