in my opinion you should remove the whites of the eyes a little at the tips of the eyes, and make the iris a rounder shape, the reflections are mirrored and without eyebrows it looks a bit weird

@coarse island Normally the style that you draw a eye, a month or even a hair can be very different for each person, so it's difficult to follow a exact guide. My advice is, use an app or a software that you feel comfortable to draw, it can helps a lot.

Afaik, Inkscape allows you to preview the curve line you're drawing. You don't need to start with a circle and then erase it until it gets the exact shape.

Normally, you should do one eye and the eyebrow (without the highlights) and then mirror it. It's the easiest way to put them on the correct position.
I don't get what you meant with "group to make them symmetrical", but if you're trying to positioning them, you could do what I said. Now, if it's about making them one unique piece, just merge the layers.

@blissful temple I would take it without mouth ot if you make a mouth for it, less "lines" more shapes. the main issue is, that it would look weird as mouth only and the nose is mask, correct? Maybe you can take a seperate mouth + the dots of the hair look cute. I would also not make the white lines straight, it makes it look static. You coult bow them a bit and even make them less thin to make them visible.

The eyes seem extremely big and close to each other? Maybe you could make the right eye a bit smaller <.< The white highlight is so much in the middle that it is distracting a little bit. it directly catches your eye but shouldn't this be the details? The eyelashes seem a mit edgy and dont directly fit in wwo style 0_CatGroove
I like the little fox makeup tho maybe you could make the eyes a bit bigger there since they are close to invisible? hmhm
The ears as hat item are nice but seem really problematic with the light. They look like plastic and could use some fur so make them less blank 🤔

@spark kiln about your design, I can not really see a theme yet but is it supposed to be some worker or such? At least the shirt reminds me a lot of it hmhm

Hair:
As Nag already mentioned, hair can not go behind the back and therefor you have to change it. This shouldn't be a big issue tho since the hair itself isn't too long. I also think that the style you drew the hair in is a bit sketchy. I would reduce the use of single lines and go more in shapes since that's game style :P it also seels a bit flat and has a really high hairline which makes it look unbalance in my opinion. Also the bottom line (which is currently behind the back) seems too clean for hair ACOSP_bearshy

Eyes:
They seem really big and high placed. I would lower them and make them a small little bit smaller. Are these eyelashes? At the moment they look more like colour 👀 the drops under the eyes are nice tho but a little idea to make it less mirrored and unequal (which is btw pretty nice if not everything is symmetrical, more interesting) make some drops left longer and right shorter etc GWpinkuKittyHeheh I don't see much from the eyebrows but they also seem really thin hmmm

Mouth:
A aaaaah it is flat and edgy and looks like you could stab me with it >_> they are really sharp and scare me tbh 5_MonkaChristJump maybe make them a bit rounder xD also add shading and highlights to give it some life and make it look less dead

Shirt:
Same as with the hair, too sketchy and too much lines. Use shapes! They also make it a lot easier as soon as you got used to it :P I couldn't figure out how this shirt would work on a real human body considering that the collar has nothing which holds it and it looks like it cuts in her flesh on the neck but it's a nice start! Also the shading on the white is too dark 2Do2Shy

Pircings:
Well imagine I can nearly not see them on mobile zoomed in and without glasses. Now imagine it in 10 times smaller, will they be visible? XD

All in allas I said already it is a nice start. And another hint, use colours which match and maybe no hard black. Black doesn't match with the colours you used at all. The colours seem retro like and more yellowish. The black is directly catching the eye which is annoying and u can't concentrate on the other items.

@plucky iron you're my next victim, be prepared E_PeepoFight just kidding :P
So let's see! I like the start of it and the colour choice is pretty risky to be honest. Generally light and flashy/shiny colours are risky to get too much. To be honest it's a bit hard to look at it for a couple of minutes xD but the colours do match together which is really cool UwU I like the hairstyle a lot too!
Buut everything has feedback :P nothing is perfect

Tie:
The tie has a lot of details, you see the shine and stitches. I am not really sure but you don't really need the lightest part of the highlights. I would stay with a simple shape without a lot of tam tam around it and less single lines. Take one lighter grey which isn't too extreme to black and use it as highlight. Right now you have six different shading tones to get a fake gradient while the tie will be really smol in game and the fake gradient is just unneeded work and detail. You also will not see the single lines so easy shapes are more useful. The stitches are actually nice so I would keep them but maybe make them thicker and less? Just to not make it look too full. The middle of the tie is supposed to be an eye? It's hard to recognise since the design looks more like a stone? Maybe you could make it more eye like :P
Let's go over to thactual tie wings (will call them like that) I assume you used this light colour as shading because its impossible to shade black? If yes an idea from my side: use a lighter black darker than the grey u used but lighter than black and then black as shading. It makes it not only easier to shade but also a bit warmer and more welcome! Less hard GW_hehe if it is highlight or drawing on it: remove it. It doesn't fit in in my opinion xD

Hair:
Well I really like the style but if you look at the highlights we are again in this "shapes not lines" therefor the left top highlight would be a good example. The single lines aren't needed and can be removed. And why is the left side worked out so detailed but in the front is just a light green block? 5_MonkaChristJump I also noticed the single thin strains. To be honest, you don't need them. Just remove them and stick to the bare shape of the hair without tantrum. I also don't get why some front parts are dark like the bottom parts but you may have a reason (or not)

Front:
It blends in and you maybe should think. About another item or a way to avoide t+e green flat circle of hair and such. Plus too thin details again!

Shirt:
The only thing I have no feedback about! I really like it uwu clean worked, no thin details and nice, just maybe think about my non black idea earlier
Maybe also the fake gradient again too :P

Mouth:
Good so far and fine for me but I don't get why the top is much lighter than the bottom one. It looks like you accidentally turned the lips upside down considering that this mitzle bow which is in the bottom lip in your design, is usally on the top lip xD

Eyes:
Idk how to say it to be honest. They aren't bad but look... Wrong? Starting with the weird pit eyelashes over the detailed and non detailed iris until the low and far from each other placed eyes itself. It just looks false and more like the right is supposed to be the left eye and the left is supposed to be on the right. I bet if you just move the right to left an dthe other way around, it would look corrected and at least righter than it is right now. The detail under the eye is pretty nice too but maybe overthink the how thin and small they are
