Yes, harajuku fashion has many subcultures and sweet / dark Lolita or fairy kei are the most commonly seen, but a lot of subcategories are underrepresented such as casual harajuku style.

Not saying I don’t like Lolita thoh, I just want the other subcategories to be represented more. Since Lolita is very eye catching and casual or goth /vintage is not as eye catching it’s often overlooked

maybe a good idea is to keep a theme in mind when designing, that gives you a clearer vision of what to draw and the how and the whats of it

anyways, regardless of that, here is my feedback:

it looks like a great start! i adore the line-art! anyways, i saw a few things you could improve one, see below

-i think you are still working on the coloring right? can you try to color the shapes on its own and not use a sort of pencil tool to color? it makes the design looks messy and not really fit the wwo style
-the roses look like they have outlines on the seperate petals. try using shading or lighter/darker colors to differentiate the petals. there have been some outfits with roses in #dev-vote, try to take some inspiration from that
-the ears have different lengths, dunno if it is in the general line-art or due to the coloring, either way, try making them equal
-i think the gravestone has been made before by someone, i cant remember for sure tho
-the shading on the shirt looks quite handdrawn and messy, try using a stabilizer

overall it is a great start but the design still requires some work. try keeping a theme in mind, be more careful with the coloring since that is messing you a little bit up @uncut jackal

Heyy, good start to be honest! It fits to a typical quest style (colorful and useable for both genders (except the hair and the eyes)). I really like the hair shade because it is hard to shade hair. The theme fits together and the skin is actually cute. I would just add a bit more shades to the shirt @blazing shoal
