it's pretty simple so I don't have anything to say about it

Hair:

The shading looks messy, I suggest to search up reference and on #dev-vote to see how others shade hair ^^

Eyes:

they're placed too low and either a bit too big or just too close to eachother. The eyebrows are very boxy. I suggest to make the highlights more visible by using thicker lines.

Mouth:

The same opinion as the hat item.

Shirt:

Looks kinda glued to the body, some folds and ripples would help to give it dimension. The hoodie is attached all around the collar so it's also a bit visible on the front (I don't know if I said it properly(?), in case you don't know what I mean you can simply search up references and look at other hoodies that are in game already)

Horns: The details look very scribbled, try thickening them out in some spaces, etc. The shape is also quite unnatural, you could search for references on Google or Pinterest.
Orb: The shading looks more like very thick outlines. I suggest making a fadient (fake gradient) that gets lighter towards the middle.
Shirt: The red, orange and gray don't really suit the colour scheme, you could make them more pastel? The word "rose" is barely visible, you'd have to use stronger contrast. Personally would leave it entirely out. Again, shading looks like outlines (references shirt shading → Google, Pinterest, ingame items).
Hair: The tips are pretty round, make them a bit sharper. Same goes for shading, make it shaped instead of lines! The placement of shading is pretty good though.
Background: Try making it more evenly circled, maybe paste in a spiral and trace it as guide.

For the lollipop I didn't mean make a white highlight 😅 I meant mine the highlight to there. However, you made another highlight top left - make sure that all highlights are kongruent. If there's one top left the one in the middle also has to be top left (red blob is where highlight should be)
Also minor detail: for the lollipop handle thing you should put a shadow on the like bottom side~ (make it gray, I edited this in my screenshot editor thing, my colours are limited xD) @edgy schooner

Hair: Hairstyles look good! You've also made a good approach for the shading. However, I suggest 1. Making rather shapes than lines and 2. The shading at the bangs for the boy and the tips for the girl looks a lot like highlights.
Eyes: They are too far apart. There's a guide in pinned on where to place stuff but if need I can post one again. You can barely see them so this is all I can say tbh 😅
Frontitem: I'm not sure what exactly it is but it looks very cuuute just one thing: there's very little contrast, I'm not sure how much it would "blend" into one blob when ingame.
Grave: it looks pretty fancy, the white lines on the side look like outlines though!
Background: could use some more shading that indicates more that it is a seat (it is a seat right? :o). Maybe so that it looks sightly curved?
Shirts: they look really nice but I'm not sure what the black part is?
Mouths: honestly yes! I love these! So simple and cute
I really like the overall idea and colour scheme

Gradients are not allowed, blurry brushes are not allowed, blah, blah. No airbrushes (2), brushes that fade out (3) or gradients (4). Basically use a brush that has clean borders (1).

This is pretty much self explanatory, to be honest. Three versions - a labeled one, one with only avatar and the clean version for you to paste into your design ;)
This is not official but it's a great guideline.
Also please note that you should NOT squeeze the eyes into the grid!!

How to avoid 'outlines' with eyeliner!
Basically make sure to not entirely close the inner side. The green eyes portray how you could do it correctly and the red eyes portray what would count as outlines. The orange circle points out where exactly the issue lies.

Hair 'behind the back' - or rather around the avatar!
The issue with this is that if the hair follows the avatars curve it won't suit all shirts. The green shows an example of how to properly do it. The red shows what happens when it goes behind the back, it'll cut off parts of the shirt and make it look weird.

Given by the symbol I'm guessing it's supposed to represent bisexuality but the flag is supposed to be pink, purple and blue as I have mentioned before (I also think you used the colours in the image I'll send with this comment). I still see gradients but, again, it could be the grainy quality.
I'll also repeat the same feedback as I gave previously for the shirt.
It looks like it's glued to the body --still don't know if it's your intent-- I suggest to add some wrinkles and folds to it to make it look more like a loose and comfortable turtleneck shirt.
Some strands on the hair (mainly on pink part and on lighter purple tufts ends) could be removed or made thicker.

-the whole outfit have these weird black lines around it. (The boy their sleeves, the girl hair, and many other spots). They dont seem to be intended, so please remove them
-the grave is nice, but the color switches too quick. I mean we go tok quick to a dark tint. What about making the bright yellow bigger in the middle so it has an actual star shape and then work with the darker colors around?
