I think they might mean that the hair highlight doesn't really match the style of the rest of the outfit! The outfit is super cute, but the zigzag looks a bit out of place with the rest of the hair's detailing, imo

like that? you can keep the thickness and all, it's just that it doesn't match the form/shaping of the hair! and the bottom lightening wouldn't belong much because most of that hair is also shaded TwT if that makes sense?
Even then though, most of the WOV hairs don't have highlights in the hair, and I think it's nice enough without the light!

It's not outlined adding a few lines, highlights, shading, and shadows to the hair is okay. However don't use a blurring brush or tool, since it doesn't follow the style guide rules.

Outlined means every part of the hair is lined with a black line or a line that's a shade darker than the color inside of that line.

Sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean If you're trying to find the "correct size" for the game, I think you can design in any size, as long as the file is made into png/svg. svg is the file format used for WOV, and basically makes it so that the art will remain high/same quality even if the size changes

Is it gold? Metal shading is different from regular plastic looking surfaces, it goes from dark brown to gold itself instead of being yellowish. You found the right colours for the horizontal bar (it's a bit too greyish tho) but for the "crown" itself it appears like plastic. It's a complexe shape you made and I'm not sure how you can do that I know it's not helping 😅

2. I‘d assume at least 6 (+ bonus outfit) cause that’s the collection with least outfits I know though can’t say it with certainty. For single items collections eh not sure I guess it should end with around 30 items or more? Will ask too!

Bruh, let me explain. That "border" its cuz i cant see with the dark mode on Discord and every avatar should have one on the final version (with background image, female and/or male version of the avatar) for example my last avatar idea has it too, to difference the avatar of the background

This is my last avatar idea, and you can see it has one of the borders too

just to clear that up again, it’s more or less as i said. collections are only done by specific designers, those can’t be submitted. And usually the outfit collections have 6 or 12 outfits

I think the front hair is slightly too light it blends in (except thr Tips) either shadow under it or slightly darker could help it to not get lost in skin tone
