I think you did amazing! The hair and eyes are great, and that shading is beautifully done. My only criticisms are the tiny details in the mouth and the tiny piercings. I don't think you have to change the mouth, but you don't need to separate every tooth and make it detailed. Not everyone is going to see it. That being said, you definitely need to make your piercings bigger. I almost didn't see them at this size, they'll be invisible when you zoom out. A good idea to avoid this in the future; whenever you can, just zoom out as far as Ibis Paint will let you. If you cannot or can barely see it, it's too small.
Also, your lips are fine as they are. The first ones are better imo, but they're both good.

I think that it would be a good idea to make the hair in the male version go over the edge of the face where it touches the ears, so that when you pick a skin color that doesn't match the ears perfectly, it isn't as noticable

im gonna be honest with you, i think it will be denied. because the skin uses gradient and thats against the game style. ( so you need to keep the same brush you used on the shirt to keep it in the right style and try to make the lines more smooth/clean). then it could be a good skin (and btw dont outline things with black)

but once thats fixed you can send your design to a minimod and they will discuss with the other mods if it would go through #dev-vote

I have some tips then, I use to have your problem :)

1. Make sure ur canvas is big enough but not so big that it lags mine is around 5000 x 5000
2. Make sure your brush isn't soft, I use Felt Tip Pen (Hard) - same with your eraser
3. If all else fails you can duplicate the layer onto itself multiple times so the edge slowly becomes a solid line.

On the visible eye, further right is pixelated -> can you smoothen that part out? There also seems to be a segment of eyelash entering the eyeball? Not sure if that was intentional. The pupil is also quite pixelated and needs further smoothening. Overall, i think the visible eye is too close to the center of the face. Translate the visible eye further left.

I think you've added the hood tgt w the shirt... which isnt allowed because of the layer issues (should be in pinned). Separate the hood and the shirt layer. The hood layer will be a mask, allowing you to hit 6 items for clan quest.
I really like the patchwork! only issue here is that i think the lines of the whole hood/shirt are pixelated and wobbly so you need to go over them again.

1st issue i see with this is the canvas size (yes, nit even the hair)

Theres not enough WIDTH for you to make a good background and u cant add things w volume (hair, clothes etc)

For the hair itself:
Its pretty good. From the pic i think the sides are pixelated so smoothen it up.

If u think it looks very messy then tone down on shading -- uve shaded every lock of hair. Some designs in game dont even shade one.

it looks really good, maybe a bit more volume as others have already suggested but other than that it looks amazing! it is more wavy than curly (if you look at pictures of curls they're really defined and basic shape is almost like a spiral) so if you're going for curls that's smth I'd suggest doing, basically start off with just drawing spirals and then thicken them to get the volume and curls

even the curls that aren't as definitive are usually spiraled on the edges at least

To the left of the green is what i hope the shading can become, and what the right of the green is what it is currently. the blue circles are the issue here: its not shaded properly.... the circle ends.... they dont fade into the darker part....

Add some hair to the back (like behind the neck) and maybe... Bring the eyes down a bit? They're a bit far up. Not only do I have the personal opinion that eyes farther down the head look better, it also tends to match with other hair and accessories better.

Make some of the outlined parts into shading and make other parts of the outline, the same color as the base of the hair so the entire hair isn't outlined. Shading is allowed, but outlines aren't. I hope that makes sense
