They're beautiful colors, but black, toxic neon green, and neon yellow would look so good together and make for a very striking skin! You could play around with the saturation too, maybe a dark, swampy green would look better with neon yellow.

I would make the red portion of the mask the "glasses" part and the jaw just a normal mask item since the red portion does cover the eyes you've created and can lend itself to making more horror themed skins, but other than that, I love it! You've done an amazing job bringing something unique and rustic to the table, we don't have a lot of darker themed skins, so with the cyberpunk BP coming out soon, I think it'll be a great addition to the lineup. ❤

Like if it was just simple pattern it would look flat so you add imperfections to make a skin more realistic. Its not like that every metal shines, some just dont because of the crudeness of it.

When are you submitting it? You don't have to be a perfectionist on quest skins, they're meant to be an easy way to get your work in-game and I think the sheer amount of detail you've put into such a unique skin will get you in-gane without any problems.

Ahh, it's no problem. I just enjoy supporting artists and helping them grow! I really don't think you have anything to worry about, it's unique, very well done, and adds a great element of horror that most quests lack. The predominate style of the game is cutesy and pastel, this offers people a much needed break from it and gives them something to play around with until the cute trend starts to settle down. You're going to absolutely get in-game. ❤

Votes do matter, but less than you think. It's ultimately up to the devs if they add a skin or not, which is why we have highly liked and praised skins in #dev-vote that haven't been added in forever. Same with the BP vote, you may have hundreds of people voting for a specific skin but that doesn't mean it'll be picked over a skin that the devs think fits the theme better.

But that's where quests come in, they're easier to make and easier to get in-game since they don't have a dedicated theme.

There's not a specific size that's required to make a skin, but the bigger the better, generally speaking since you normally deal with fronts and background items which can take up a lot of room. I always suggest 3000x3000, but I've also seen people have success with a smaller canvases.

Some skins like the seer/aura seer skin have two different sets of eyes (masculine aura eyes, feminine seer eyes), and I think in these cases four options would be better. Same for other outfit parts

That's not something Designers control unless they're specifically designing an offer skin, like two you're talking about. Those are normally done by long-time Designers (SK, Lighze, Milk) that have more freedom in what they can do where as BP and Clan Quest Designers have far less room for optional parts like four sets of eyes or hair styles since there's guidelines they have to follow. I think #feedback-readonly is a better place for your suggestion, but I don't know how far you'll go with it. Good luck anyway! ❤️

There are a few things that could be improved on though! Outlines aren't allowed, they don't match the in-game style and make things look too bulky, but it's an easy fix, you'd just have to make the hair outlines the same shade as the main color to hide them. Same for the eyes, lips, and the pattern on the sweater. 💜 You may also want to consider making the bun the same or close to the same shade of purple as the rest of the hair, I think that's where you're getting the lighting issue from. There's such a contast between the two colors that it may look off, but that's up to you! I would also add more detail work to the beige sweater, it looks a little plain compared to the green one, so some ribbing or fabric texture would help bring it out more. 💜

Is this for the Cyberpunk BP? I hope it is because it fits the theme so well without being overly colorful or bright! It's pleasantly simple but still futuristic looking. I think you did a great job taking a complicated theme and stripping it down to something so beautiful! 💙

I do have some questions and feedback though! Is the hood meant to float above her shoulders like that and leave those gaps? It looks awkward to me since without the FG, your eyes are drawn to such a large blank space. You could try elegonating her hair to fill that gap or turn the hood into a full hood like that on a cloak. It would fully encompass her head and might look better, even a little sinister, like a villainous hacker! 💙 I think the jacket part of the outfit needs a little bit more detail or something to make.it stand out when it's used with the front. Adding some simple colored stripes or zipper would help fill up the space andmake the two match a little better! Also, is it meant to only have one shoulder opening? A second one could help add more detail if you don't want to add more patterns! It might also help make the jacket itself stand out amongst everything.

I wouldn't say the FG is ugly at all, it's actually beautifully done in my opinion! I do think that it's still too detailed, especially when it's used with the heavily patterned hood and the eye glass. You could try removing the writing/detail from these panels, which would create more blank space so the amount of detail isn't overwhelming, especially if you add a background. It's all about finding a good balance between that bold pattern and blank, breathing space that doesn't crowd anything out. I'm sure you'll find a good comprise. 💙

As far as feedback goes, there's not much to add since you've got a great base here that you can easily add to, but definitely consider adding those adorable fur tufts to the cheeks again and inside the ears. The extra fur will add some much needed texture to keep the skin from looking and feeling flat. Adding more fur to the body part of the costume when that's done will also help bring it forward and adding some type of fur detail, like slightly lighter stripes or more of those colorful freckles across the fur! ❤

For roles, you have to use the format pinned in the #role-ideas-readonly channel, post it there for feedback, and once you feel like it's ready, submit it to a Mini-Mod+. The same goes for skin creations, but is a little more tricky. You have to follow the style guide (pinned here), get and apply the feedback given, and once you're done, you submit it the same way and receive more feedback until the Mods finally approve of your role/skin for voting.

If it was done in a unique way or fashion, I think it would be a very popular idea and translate well into the games style, but if it doesn't have any unique qualities, it could very easily be overlooked and bland.

You did the chest very well! It's hard to add that much chest definition on a flat surface like the avatar, but with the way you did it, you did cut off a lot of space on the arms, specifically around the shoulder area where the shirt cut-outs would be. If you add the cut-outs now, it won't have the same weight as the chest and look a little off or awkward since there isn't much space. Instead of adding so much weight to the front of the chest, you could try flattening it back out and using the shading and contours of the shirt to add weight and definition, which saves room for those cut-outs.

This shirt from the current BP is a good example of using shadows to create the definition of a full chest without taking up surrounding space. Instead of actually adding breasts, it just uses the cup shape and specifically placed highlights/shadow to mimic the look, leaving enough skin to add those lacy sleeves. You could attempt something like this and see if it looks better to you, but if you like the way you've done the chest, keep it that way! It's all up to you!

other than that there's no real limit, though if enough new things get posted in #dev-vote not as many people will see the design

you can consider the length of the voting phase ~1 week, usually votes settle in less but who knows
