Yea exactly, i love the non voting part of yule. Same as voodoo still having mutes late game, it can be extremely game changing and like you said, some players not wanting to sacrifice can be good too

But tbh both yule and voodoo have to be played very well to have such situations, plus not being found early game

Bomber has highest kill rate per night with 1.5 kills per night but cannot exactly choose who they would like to kill so it's not that flexible

On the other hand evil cupid can choose who they would like to bind and if they misbind players, they can just choose to not kill them and focus on rest if they want, It's probably gonna be the second most flexible killer in arso tree after alchemist but gonna have lower kill rate per night (around 1 kills per night ratio but it can change depending on if the bounded players die from other reasons)
