Well one of the points in my very serious proposal was this
||1. Role Leveling
As of now, the only leveling system present in the game is player level, with each level getting up every 2000 xp the player earns from the game. However, we can also extend this to other aspects of the game. One of the aspects in which I believe the game can expand the leveling feature to would be the roles itself. Each player may also level up a role they have so that it gets stronger each level it gets. For example, with gunner;
Lv 1(current) - 2 bullets, can shoot once a day up to 2 times
Lv 2 - 2 bullets, can shoot during discussion phase of day 1 too
Lv 3 - 2 bullets, can shoot once per phase
Lv 4 - 3 bullets with the benefits listed above too

There can be more levels with different buffs adjusted accordingly for balance of course, this is just a guide and example.
Players may level up their roles by obtaining role shards, which is a new currency I would like to propose for the game. A certain number of shards will be needed to upgrade a role level. Eg( 5 for level 2, 25 for level 3). Sources of shards can include the following

• Playing that certain role every 10 games (fixed shard of that role)
• Loot boxes, these are rare amazing items so I suggest a 5% drop rate or lower
• Pulling the role shard magic box (gives shards of random roles, can cost 20 gems per pull)

If players are unhappy with the shards they obtained and want specific roles, they can sacrifice 3 shards for 1, and the 1 new shard will not share the same role as any of the 3. However, the role of the shard will still be randomly chosen.

If players want to try a leveled up role but do not have their role levels maxed, they may watch an ad before the start of the game to play their role for that round to be one level higher, it will probably discourage fleeing too since they already invested so much into the round by watching an ad, and so they will likely stick around playing a role they absolutely despise!||
