I'm sorry, but i think your role ideas do not sound good especially cuz of certain things.. you're giving wws more of a useless ability and a meh ability for both of them...? why would u give ww an ability that won't be helpful to wws..? what is the point. why would i want to use these wws..? notifying your marked players that they'll die if they use their abilities..?? they're just gonna not use their abilities till after it's gone, making the ww ability completely useless. ☠️ I'm sorry but what is the point..? and the ability that u can get ppl to lose their vote if they use abilities, sounds decent, until u realize it notifies the whole village that they'll lose their vote if they use their abilities..??? that is not good either. these sound like they are not going to be useful except against players who don't pay attention at all.

and signature wolf just literally sounds like shaman but with an extra ability, the 2nd ability is useless. what is the point..?

Moonlight wolf:

• Crescent moon: Yes, exactly, non wolves are blocked for a day & night. Unless they want to lose their votes. (Not to mention it would be unfair to force players to lose their votes lol. They basically can decide if it’s worth it losing it, either they lose a vote which is good for the wolves or they don’t use their ability which is good for the wolves)

• Full moon: Same as above, you scare two people to counter two abilities. They can decide whether they risk getting killed or not. (A similar tactic (scaring x player) was used with original Alchemist - just saying that cause I remembered it)

-> different way of role blocking, fits the nightmare wolf tree and helps the wolves preventing non wolves from using abilities, giving wolves more time in the game

Signature wolf:

Basically messes up information as you can never know for sure if a role is true or not -> fake signature for wolves for example to let them appear as faked -> opens claim space & supports made claims as they can be signatured with a fake role, not to talk about the confusion within the village (same as shaman when shaman enchants a player)

imo both good roles that can help the wolves a lot

Yes, exactly as Cherry said ^^ It is totally correct what you mention for Moonlight Werewolf: "They are just not going to use their abilities until it's gone" and that is the point! Since Nightmare Werewolf tree is focused on blocking non-werewolves in various ways, Moonlight Werewolf will also make villagers not use their abilities. However, Moonlight ww totally allows villagers to use their abilities if they think it is worth taking a risk/losing a vote. Don't you think it would be too strong, probably even unfair if the Crescent and the Full moon weren't annouced? Believe me, while you think Moonlight ww is useless, i actually got a lot of feedback about Moonlight ww being op and i believe their points also made sense, since i thought a lot on those feedback.

Tbh moonlight werewolf potentially counters an entire village

while nightmare wolf only counters one player but for that guaranteed, moonlight werewolf aims to counter everyone, though not guaranteed

but it still brings the wolf a benefit of a player uses their ability -> they lose a vote

so depending on which scenario and how you see it, the role is stronger than nightmare lol

And for signature wolf, it sounds like warning your opponent about your actions is the last thing we want in the Wolf Shaman tree right? But Signature Wolf finds a way to benefit from the warning. The fake signature which you think is useless, is actually a crucial part of the role's logic. Because if a player is signed with signature, the informer cannot rely on that info, regardless of the info result. For example: if a player is checked innocent but they are signed, they can be a werewolf signed with the real signature, or a non-werewolf signed with the fake signature to make the informers question it.

I'd say hardly but ig depends perhaps on specific circumstances, but ppl heavily rely on info and force claiming which is so easy to do, even If village manages to somehow mislinch a person or 2, it's pretty much just confirmation that another person they suspect is evil, and then bye bye ww, wws only have 4 ppl on their team most of the time, which is really not that good at all, and how easily they die by both killers and village, 4 ppl team is not that great especially compared to the giant village, village is so easy to play it kinda just feels 1 sided 90% of the time. village usually wins.. and plus there's always 2 or more protectors+ 2 or more village killing roles lately, such as jailer gunner witch etc. imo there should be only 2 protectors and 1 night village killer, and 1 day village killer per game, no more, even in rrv/rsv oh yeah and info roles too, 3 info roles is crazy as well, i kinda miss when when rsv and rrv wasn't a thing. especially rsv cuz like why ☠️
