i found it, where they said they'd change it to half instead of taking it all away. It was just dirty of them to make it so that if you wanted all icons you had to get the big box of coins for 590 gems and then you were still somehow 40 coins short (after quests and bp coins), so if you wanted all you had to buy another box of coins on top.
