That's a pretty good point, I forgot about raids and how nasty those can be. I figured it would be tied to something like streaming hours, as opposed to views. That would mean only a certain number of people would be dedicated enough to do it, making it more rare/exclusive, and then get people who have never heard of WOV to maybe play it if they saw a bunch of people suddenly streaming it.
But the new offer makes more sense, or something to do with popular WOV YouTubers who also stream on Twitch? Maybe a code or something to give out to viewers. People love limited items.
Or, back to my original theory, you're just that popular and got your own skin so everyone can cosplay as Joker.

You have two months which is around 60 days to gather 72-96 cards, which means you need to get 1.6 cards each day (from level-ups, weekly challenges, or by buying with gems (or with cash Γ-Γ))
As I noticed, you need 2000 xp for each level up, which you can get easily after doing the dailies and the weeklies.
