Hey, I just made a new pretendo network account, but for some reason i keep on getting error 002-0102. AFAIK, I haven't even played anything online yet, but this 3ds was from a friend of mine who also had his own pnid, which i signed out of before adding my own. I am a bit confused as to why I am banned. Is there any way i can appeal it?
