Strategy for bagging is to do it with a track that has a good amount of shortcut, you need to use your items well and chain them well which requires strategy, you need to learn where shortcuts are on the map so that you can Target shock if you have it

That is very odd. Please see my above screenshots/responses. I wasn't aware that it actually changed the current stage. I'm not sure if it's a Cemu-specific issue or something else. But for some reason, the shown stages are always Bluefin Depot, Hammerhead Bridge for Turf War, and Moray Towers, Museum d'Alfonsino for Ranked. I don't use any other hacks/tools other than what I've shown (which are mainly music mods/60FPS in Plaza)

Thanks! And... yeah, there's an "AppImage" version from the site and a "Flatpak." The latter version is a bit odd with how it deals with Online setup. I'll probably check if the other version works instead.

Also I backed up my previous boss folder from earlier. Placing it back, it connects again. (It's still the wrong rotations though)

So that at least solves one mystery. Something with my boss folder is showing the old rotations. And probably also has something to do with connecting online also.

Oh, interesting. The AppImage version restored the boss folder properly. Now it's showing the correct rotation.
