They are on specific terminals.
A1's log is in z35B.
A2's logs are in z44B and z109A.
B2's log is in z89.
C1's logs are in z78A and z311.
C2's logs are in z12C and z55.
D2's log is in z97.
Just look at the wiki, it has all the lore for this rundown on it if you don't want to go find them yourself

I tried scouting the initial area for fog repeller but couldn't found one
Both of them are that, but I assume you start with cells rather than a gen cluster?
B1 has a fog turbine in the first zone.
B2 you can visit z88 and z89 first for their cells. Putting both in floods the lower elevations with fog instead of the higher elevations.
With b2 yeah do the lower end and the class 4
Take the cells out
Do the class 3
Then put the 2 cells in the gen cluster
then grab the 3rd pop it in
complete the level

There is a bug where you can open both the bulkheads with one key but that would not really help getting to the tank
And there is one where you can glitch through a bulkhead but you will just be trapped in the bulkhead zone I think

Getting a lot of spawns ahead in untouched rooms, waking up said rooms & breaking important doors in the process.
make sure you are ready before entering a new zone, and open it right after the wave spawns

we're 4 guys that haven't played GTFO before and we took forever slugging through b1 and we were getting closer to the door and were getting weird-ed out by that noise we keep hearing

it can be challenging at first because you have to do it as an alarm door, then a blood door, so if you are low resources and new, it can be hard

then we get ready for the bloody door, set up mines and a turret and all

generally if you hit that point with low resources you have to be careful and use the surviving doors to slowly pull back the enemies, reload, refocus, and repeat.
depending on how you did the final alarm, you probably had 2 doors left you could have backed up to down the hallway to the entrance of the same big room
I assume you're doing high only, there's a supply room b4 final extraction so you can stock up.
Class 4 blood door won't be too bad if you have enough c-foam

@vapid moon fog level at boss room should be on the same level as the entrance of the room. if u start breathing fog before u even fight him, ur team is taking too long to reach. use some fog repellers for the scans. when carrying cargo back to spawn, use them at low level areas. once u go upwards, it should still be cleared from fogs. lastly...... just shoot ur way through the invis

alternatively if you are that worried, send 3 people back and just hope you are able to get the terminal, if you wake them up then there are 3 people defending

Top one is easy to find. Just follow the stairs and go to the very top and normally less enemies

No. Extreme requires you to finish the objective fully in order to progress any further.
