The Secondary reactor really threw us in for a loop but after surviving the waves the only thing that really gave us trouble was the Mother at the end of Zone 227. Luckily this time we decided to bring a Scatter Gun and delete the Mother from existence. Later on we don't really struggle at all but we do make the decision at the Zone 55 door in the gas to backtrack and find fog repellers. Other than that we handled all the alarms well and the Bigs at the beginning of the level in Zone 51 were no issue.

It's insane in both cases, but it's a comparison of (mostly) dedicated wave clear to dedicated giant clear and boss kill. It's just unhinged role coverage. Scatter has a similar problem, but it requires slightly more specific situations for wave clear in exchange for being even more broken into bosses (and especially it has way too much ammo).

We spend a lot of time in the first attempt Trying to figure out what we have to accomplish but we figure it out once we get to the Sec Reactor. Once there, we do pretty well up until the last code hunt section where we run into the Mother for the first time in this level. While formulating a plan on how to deal with this, a Hybrid comes up behind us from the previous wave and wakes the mother, sending us into death as we get overwhelmed by the babies. On our second attempt we bring a Scatter Gun and make it past the Sec Reactor Mother pretty easily. After that it's a long trek to place the cells for the Main Objective and then fight our way to the exit.

Scout ghost touch is caused by how scouts track player positions. When you go through that door as 4 and close it behind you, scouts in A will lose track of you but remember that they last saw you all behind that door when you closed it. When you return here for code 4 with 1-3 players, and you open the way to the scouts in A, those scouts will track those 1-3 players again and update the positions of those players. However, the 1-3 players left back at reactor are 3+ rooms away, and so their positions will not be updated. This means the scouts will remember the old position(s) from when you closed the door going in, and can touch those 1-3 old positions when reaching through the door into B and trigger off of that.

for the punch hitbox

if host is looking towards an enemy -> animation is played
if host is looking away from an enemy -> no animation is played
the hitbox for punches is tied to the model, so the hitboxes are static when no animation plays
this means that if host is looking away you can stand in giants and their punches will never connect (basically)

If u would like there is a setting in the tool btw to only show the last n splits. By default it is set at 100 so it doesn't ever hide any splits. But you can easily change it to hide not make it be that long in case it obstructs gameplay

you can just tank infection if you have fog repellers and run to the alarm door while opening the middle door to funnel

there's a disinfection station at the top so you can just get rid of it, and after you get all the IDs from both blood doors you can just run through the infection again and get a disinfect pack from one of the starting zones, so the turbine is honestly completely unnecessary
