There are only 3 set palettes and the limited-time-masked
The palettes being:
Early Adopter, if you had started the game pre-release
Destination, if you’ve completed D1
Lubigubrous(?), if you’ve completed the main objective on all missions
Dunno the exact spelling of that last one
Every other cosmetic is gained from a pool of random cosmetics

Where are you having issues
mainly going to the first generator with all the gas
There is a turbine in that lab area that can be held to be a portable fog remover
Once you put the first pcell in though, the gas will begin to rise and fill the entire facility until you get to a terminal up ahead to restart the ventilation
So you have to hurry back and start a scan
wait after it starts to fill up with gas,will the turbine still work?
Its just that you are slow and cant defend yourself

does ads reduce pellet spread, I tried in game but I didn't rly notice much difference if any at all?
dont think it does for shotguns, but when i tested it in R4, most other guns seemed to have a reduced spread while ads

they have. Hipfire is worse than aiming 
Try shooting fast with hel revolver or some other stuff
spread is non-existent when aiming, only recoil

Yeah I noticed that a lot when messing around with the revolver. If you ads with it, killing sleepers becomes a point and click adventure basically

when we throw a fog repeller near sleeping enemies does that disturb them?
cuz when i threw one it made an irritating noise and when i move a single inch they glow and then when they calm down i move an inch they glow again
so does that noise increase their awareness, cuz they go into searching mode(or alert mode idk what to call it when they glow) more frequently?

Put targeting speed in your sniper sentry, it can almost solo the waves of giants at one of the security scans near the start
and the spoilery round room, one can attempt to sneak it, espec if its the last codes u need
one goes in, rest go north already etc
and my unpopular notion / recommendation, the wall spitters do freeze for a few minutes, might be of use

helgun cuts 4 down if they line up, also sentries stagger/kill
class3 they only come from the big bottom door

Mother door, then both blood doors, T-scan (but don't open the zone yet), Fog zone + Charger scout zone

cf, 2 full bonks to back, keep hitting until yellow splash

Should I farm artifacts for the later runs, my group is having trouble and I was wondering what the general consensus was, bash our heads against it or for us to farm for artifact powerups?

the time spent on artifact farming could be spent playing and improving
to the point where you probably don't need to farm at all
my group hasnt played since rundown 1, we never finished it and we just now came back to the game and would like to attempt beating the rundown, so just continue pushing forward then while trying to improve, alright ty

Honestly, I've only gotten one, and even then it was an aggressive, detox, -94% infection rate with some small debuff, honestly helped me best B2 on secondary

on that topic, are the static vanity rewards D1 and the ALL buttons, or are the static rewards outside of that as additional rewards?
bc if you can get like 19 cosmetics in total and start out with 5, then that'd add up

Ok so when you kill an alerted enemy with a melee attack it's death won't wake up adjacent sleepers or sleepers that are sensing ("long range agro" is what I've seen it called). So my question is, do scouts count as "asleep" or "awake" for the purposes of "long range agro"? Cuz killing it while standing is a lot more consistent but I'm afraid of standing, causing nearby sleepers to sense, and then alert them with the scouts death.

I've noticed something weird going on with C3 after restarting from the checkpoint and I was hoping someone could help explain what's going on. After restarting it seems like the waves are smaller and the tank wave from the overload doesn't spawn. What's going on?

Yes it's a bug that is really sad. But it is a low priority bug. Doubt it will be fixed
Inb4 you get the giant wave on top of the regular wave from the checkpoint
we do a little reset
Checkpoint usage on C3 will do this :
No more tank spawn if you have done overload.
If you get the functional checkpoint. Then you will only lose 4 waves of enemies compare to a run without using the chekpoint.
If you get the broken checkpoint... You will get only 4-6 very small waves total for the rest of the map

From my personal testing. It seems that if you die on extract, that's when the chekpoint bug that spawn almost no waves happens

To an extent. Enemies can’t be staggered while in the middle of a stagger animation. The exception to this is if you break a limb, as this will always force a stagger

Enemies have a threshold referred to as “stagger hp” think of it as a separate health bar that resets when it hits 0. When the stager hp hits 0, an enemy becomes staggered
Different stagger hp for different enemies
Also for non boss enemies, breaking a limb will always cause a stagger that is longer than a normal stagger

Problem about doing it with the hammer from the front is that unless you are extremely precise on your timing, you'll get meleed
With the spear you can just stay out of range

how randomized are enemy spawns, are there always the same number of enemies per level just diff spawn points?
extensions have been ~2months after a rundown release so far
