Every timer level should either use its timer as a limit, where you can go as fast as you want and being slow kills you, or there should be ways of speeding up the level optionally.

if it's bad enough and steam related, host MAY be booted to rundown screen too

OR, what happens in your case, lobby gets fucked and it simply isn't joinable anymore
