basically I did some testing and because of the MoveTowards function it is insanely hard to figure out what the actual hell is happening. At some point on current patch I had the BPM meter show 78 on 0% stam after a bit.

Now this is why I am probably wrong:
My reason for believing this to be correct is that after some testing on 0 stamina I got some weird ass numbers. Not only that but the PUI_LocalPlayerStatus class you've highlighted didn't seem to work. I now went back into it and found the actual object running in game and it does indeed work so the actual values seem to be [64, 183].

There's still a bit of weirdness with these 3 values (image attached) but from the first look and a 1min check it seems to be visual only.

The main reason why the video shows 60 and 180 is because at the end of the day in speedruns especially this doesn't really matter too much and so that it is consistent with the https://gtfo.wiki.gg/wiki/Stamina and the information shared up until now about stamina.

i love how ladderfoaming completely trivialises the 3rd surge and following one (if got enough cfoam)

Just place down 2 hel auto sentries or a hel auto and burst

No exploit needed and effectively still does the same

That is roughly equal to the 2 sentries at 70%

and you also dont rly use any tool before the 3rd surge anyway
