you need to activate override sight settings
problem is that the game bundles weapon fov and archive uses that setting so for example sniper and hel rifle will use the same fov values
game just ends it's fov calculation with sight multipliers
that's why sniper is more aimed in than hel rifle despite sharing the same fov values
and overriding sight settings causes it to not do the end multiplier of sights
