each rundown like "resets" it's difficulty, and A1s are usually always easy levels

rundowns came out taking over the previous one, so they each needed to be a good intro for new players, and also a challenge for pro players

so if u go r2a1, u will see its on the same level as r1a1

each rundown does have like its own difficulty progression, R7 starts easy then gets really hard, R5 starts hard and keeps gettin harder, R2 starts simple and then by D tiers starts gettin kinda hard

Upon first start of the game players receive one of starting cosmetics - pretty basic ones. There's like 3 helmets, torsos and pants.
After that you will get +1 random cosmetic for every new mission cleared and +1 specified guaranteed one for clearing a whole rundown.

u get ur first apparel from a collection of basic clothing, not necessarily the characters one

There are 4 different characters, tied to the player slots.
Woods is always player 1 (host).
Player 2 is always Dauda.
Player 3 is Hackett.
Player 4 is Bishop.

Starting cosmetics you get are NOT linked to the characters. They have their canonic outfits, but chance you'll get them as a starter set are pretty much 0.

You can recreate their canonic looks once you acquire their pieces separately, but you'll have to play for that.

Cosmetics are like the only factual reward you get for playing the game.

And yes, all 4 characters are bald. Most helmets just hide the fact, but you can notice the skin difference.

Whether the game is good with LFG in this game kinda depends on the experience you want.

If you want to have a horror, heavy co-op game, with a lot of surprises, then LFG just ain't it.

If you want difficult arcade run around and bonk some aliens, LFG is fine.

Most of the horror elements come from fear of the unknown, and playing with people who know kinda is not compatible with that
