Enemies take up to +100% more damage when attacked from behind. Works for both melee and guns, but not turrets or mines.
Use Terminals to find supplies. The amount of people who keep failing expeditions because they didn't find the x5 use ammopack hidden in some deep dark corner of the map...

Nope. Bots do not react to any quick voice commands except for "Deploy TOOL here".
They will not participate in stealth take downs. They will however jump any enemy already awake, including opening fire. DO NOT BE AFRAID - bots are completely silent in stealth and coudn't wake up an enemy even if they tried. Enemies getting hit by their crossfire will wake up visually, but won't actually do anything and will just stand there akwardly.

If you brought a spear or hammer - hit it to the back of the head

And then just full charge its' limbs to keep it staggered.

Bots will help you, to the best of their ability.

Unfortunately if giant doesn't allow itself to be flanked (like by standing against the wall) - you're honestly better off going loud on it, because there is 80% chance all the bots will collectively get punched by his whirlwind melee attack.

So here's one thing about bots, they PRETEND they can wake shit up, but they cant, like Artek said, so just get close to a big guy, wait for him to stop croaking and for them to get as close as they can, then full charge hit occiput (head from the back) and they USUALLY follow suit ASAP and you get the kill

No, the rule is unclear and outdated. Everything that's in the game as it is downloaded from steam is fair game.
You're only in trouble if you will start fumbling with the game files to unlock previously removed rundowns.

In terms of difficulty, alt R1 is easily the best choice, and ofc encourage the tutorial. Lore wise it’s tricky, though r6 is indeed a solid bet: but the story itself does technically begin in r1, it’s just hidden a lot more.

And then there’s the whole thing with the alt rundowns… essentially the alt:// rundowns are the old rundowns but with slightly changed stories because they are in a different universe in short. However they eventually converge (presumably in r8 though I haven’t played much of it)

The only thing you really need to know is that the Schaefer you hear who sounds crazy and the Schaefer you hear who sounds a bit more reasonable are from different timelines, so don’t think that it’s the same guy suddenly becoming way more unhinged lol. Other than knowing that, r6 is a good bet!

Could be both. 80% of the time there's at least 1 ammo pack per Zone (not room).
They can be very well hidden, and its best to use Terminal to confirm both their existence and position.

okay idk if im sending this in the wrong place so please correct me if i am, but I am really struggling with r7d2 and like if anyone has some tips for how to beat it please let me know. a friend and i have been trying to beat it and we're generally quite good at the game, but even when we got a full party of 4 players we couldnt get past the first hub room. ||our loadouts have varied when we do it but generally speaking we will set up turrets just after the bridge as a choke, then my friend and bots/ other players will hold just behind the turrets, while i sneak into the side rooms for the password using biotracker so i dont die. but no matter what even if i manage to not trigger everything in the side room, we end up dying way too easily|| is there anything i should do differently or smth that worked for someone else?

if needed pull the first side room (easy on charger side, harder on shadow side) so you have an easier time moving around. Stabilize after, then get the code alone

Run in, set up sentries, hold the bridge, guy with mines mines the door, pulls it, wipes the horde, rushes terminal as the rest pulls back in and holds the double stairs in the room, mine guy already snuck into the room to get code. Repeat for next door but then you can choose, get cell, open last door, run back.

I basically agree with IFO, but also, having access to so many A/B tiers across all rundowns is a blessing for new crews

so feel free to jump around if you get stuck in a particular rundown

How long is the average Rundown match?

im guessin u mean a mission
a mission is about 40 50 mins, but depends A TON on ur skill and the level
the shortest ones can be 30 or so minutes
the normal usual ones when ur startin out can take maybe an hour or a bit more a bit less
and the really long ones can be one hour and a half, or if u take it slow and steady it can get to two hours

[if u do mean rundown, a rundown its like 7 8 missions on average, also depends a lot]

Varies depending on a team and level, but on average its something like 45 minus plus minus. Shortrest missions take like 15-25 without tryharding too much, while some of the more... expansive ones can take an hour easily.

hey, just checking here but what are those weird tentacle mobs we see in R8? Like what do they do differently?

i probs recommend smg, which has very nice recoil and plenti of mag size and its just generally a comfy weapon, maybs if u want somethin more strong heavy smg or even PDW tho it has kinda funky recoil
if u want, just a lazer beam maybe bullpup even when the reloads pretty long
and on specials there isnt a super easy auto to use

maybe heavy assault rifle, but it does have a strong recoil too

maybe ARBALIST, that machinegun its slow and steady

with nice dmg

spoils, i dont recommend readin if u havent encountered em its fun to figure it out lol ||but they seem to be like, strikers are chargers since u cant oneshot em to the front idk in the back, they punch quite hard and also tongue, shooters are um funky they just seem to shoot faster and ive heard they have tongues but i am unsure, they go down easy tho||

u can shoot it with some weapons, usually heavy ones like shotgun, sniper, um high cal, hel rifle, a lot of guns
but a sledgehammer or a spear with a full charge in the head will also take it down

a bat or a knife need to hit it in the back of the head

but thats harder to do

and i wouldnt recommend it till ur like more bathed into the game
