Location.
The number of enemies.
The task and objectives.
The number of resources (Little, Normal, Plenty).
Difficulty of the enemies (Charger, mother, etc.)

And the level would be generated with random zones. It's like randomize zones, only more advanced and of higher quality.

i never trusted this idea cause with random zones the problem is codin it so the rooms dont overlap nor anythin, create a solid objective path that is long enough for 20 30 mins of gameplay [which most levels cant do w/o a key or a cell in a door or something], makin it so u dont get softlocked nor is it impossible for the amount of resources n obv it could b stupidly easy even on the hardest difficulty just cause the map allows it to b easy

Nah man, this has been enough waiting. They put their focus on the old rundowns, for what? Those old maps still feel confusing to play with, and the objectives there are poorly designed with repeated chores and unsmart mechanics. And those thermal weapons, you can't even use the thermal scopes properly in those old rundowns because the devs fail to make them compatible.

I was stunlocked into phone app crashing because it kept trying opening the new "discussions" thing and for some reason my phone really didnt like them.
Since discord remembers the last thing you were watchng - it kept going to discussions and crashing again. I had to clear app data to basically reset and login from zero.
Dont know how to fix it on PC, mine works fine.

At the start of d1 the hsu is "closed" but when you up the hsu into the machine near the end of the level, you can see it moving from machine to machine, "unsealing it" and as more of the (thing) is exposed you can get a thermal reading from it
