Yeah, bots don't do stealth. You'll have to stealth everything yourself.
Good news: bots do not exist for sleeping enemies. They can shoot a shotgun near sleepers' ears and slam into them and it won't change a thing.
We have reported cases of bots waking up rooms but only through sheer bad luck of their random shots hitting other sleepers enemies by accident.
Which requires a reminder: bots are to be armed with exclusively ARs and LMGs.

Main weapon is your "Plan-B" weapon. Usually simple, reliable, quick to reload and got lots of ammo behind it so you won't ran out quick.
Special Weapons are specialised weapons that usually deal notably higher DPS than your Main, but with less ammo for obvious reasons. This is the weapon you should use for actually killing things and then you switch to main then special gets dangerously low on ammo.
There are a couple of hyper-specialised weapons, like Sniper Rifle or Burst Cannon. The former oneshots big boys in the head, the latter leaves them with like 10% of their HP or something, easy to finish off with main.

Sniper Rifle is not bad just... Hyper-specialised. You exclusively use it on big high-value targets, shooting small enemies with it is only ever a matter of necessity.
Precision Rifle is relatively alright, it deals very high headshot damage and does great against small guys.
2 problems though: its ammo-to-reload ratio is somewhat disgusting at the moment, and it does jack shit on bodyshots.
