First thing to note is that points for damage dealt work non-trivially, basically you get full points per damage dealt above 50% hp, and then it starts decreasing linearly. Here's the procedure from solo cox disc assuming you get 5 points per damage as a baseline.
Let the points available start out at PA=HP*5.
For every hit, the amount of points rewarded PR=if(DMG>0,max(1,min(DMG*5,PA*DMG/(HP/2)),0))
After every hit, update PA=PA-PR
This roughly comes out between 4.2 and 4.4 points per damage for each monster averages over their full health, depending on the mob and your max hit. This also is why letting mobs heal isn't great, if you let mutta heal, or down vesp multiple times, or reset vangs, you don't increase the points available, rather than getting an extra 5 points per damage healed you get closer to 0.1
- Tekton, ice demon, shamans, vangs, vespula, tightrope mobs, guardians, vasa, vasa crystal, mystics, muttadiles and olm all give 5 points per damage dealt as a baseline.
- vespula portal give 8 points per damage dealt
- doing crabs gives 400 points per crab in the room
- lighting an ice demon brazier gives 32 points plus 36 points for each kindling deposited (both of these numbers are 48 in cms)
- depositing grubs in thieving gives 115 points each
- opening the barrier in tightrope gives 2000 points
- sipping pots gives points up to a cap, ovls give the most
- cooking+eating food gives points, up to a cap
- meat tree gives a tiny amount of points per chop (I think 5)
