Do Vespula with the usual Redemption method using your Revitalizations. If you have good clicks and understanding of the room and you prepped less, you may lose 1 tick and use your prayer enhances + orb flicking example here.
If you have a slow or undergeared team, it is worth it to establish a 'no-poke' vespula. This way she does not damage the grubs. You simply need to lose one tick when en-route to her and click the correct tile. A guide can be found here but it is largely irrelevant unless your team is very scuffed.
