If it's normals, the boss should not be alive long enough to pog tank
Focus on staying 118 stats and hitting the boss is ur best improvement

Making potions, scavving for 2nds and picking herbs, high scale raids use them to lure/stack shamans and mystics, and even DPSing some rooms
Also can scout for another raid while you do one, lowering downtime for searching for another raid
There's the board scaling that most people do now, but having an alt can help the raid go faster and/or smoother

helpful to tell people you'll need a minute when splitting. Just please don't be the guy who has to spend 10 minutes getting the alt ready for a 4mil split; we suggest putting in an easy-to-locate/reach area and having some liquid GP on it
obviously bigger items like a tbow/shadow/scy will take more time to split and that's fine, just communicate with your team

I am not seeing health bars for NPCs.
Issue cases: Baba Boulders have no HP bar/cant see hitsplats from the party, Akkha's Hourglasses don't have HP so I can't track how much time I have to pass the DPS checks, etc.
