The cox learner or toa learner roles are applied when you are tier 0/1 for each raid. You can undo them by typing !coxlearner (for example) in #2️⃣role-commands and apply them again with the same command.

its max hit is reduced due its passive, and its 5 ticks
in cox, the only use for fang is marginally better for range vanguard, and thats about it. you could use it against vasa crystal but lance is just better
