Seems like not. Twin maraccas with set effect are generally better than whip on low def targets, but whip wins on higher defence targets. It's nice on tekton since it's crush and has a stab option for vasa crystal, but it really depends on olms defence to know which is better
idr the point where it exceeds, but the dual sticks really shine on 0 def olm, which is not always happening in LFR
