Official Server Admins operate internally. It's unlikely they'll update you on progress. They have their own internal process. But I can assure you they take all reports into account when they're available.

As long as you notify them here with a ping, let them know what server the incident occurred in, the suspected cheater's species and what cheats you suspect them of using, they'll look into it.

Any proof such as locations, the dinosaur's skin, clips, etc. need to be sent to an Official Server Admin privately through DMs.

I understand but we did send a video 2 nights ago of the hacker actually chasing someone after he killed my rex, my friend got a video of it, so i lost the 75+ rex which is massive time, then the next night I grew another one which was last night and I got killed again by the same dibble with my new 75+ rex which was another massive amount of time, same dibble even though we had already the night before told the admin about the hacker and everyone else had complained also, so 2 full grown rexes in 48 hrs, that is such a waste of time and unfair on players that these things are delt with sooner

i wouldnt mind if this was a 2 hour grow but we are talking about way more time than that, it is really not giving players a good run of things to let the hacker continue

A little late brother but the best answer is:
Do the following:

Visit sanc while small
Get perfect diet
Visit at least one migration zone
Visit 5+ patrol zones
Never canni unless mutation is taken or on diet naturally (deino etc)
Never lose diet (get poor diet and/or infertile)
Being nested in, or successfully nesting, also gives a bonus towards prime

#

and MZs/PZs don't need to be active (on sniff). Don't chase around broken MZs and PZs on sniff trying to fix that requirement. Just run the areas.

this is empirical... I've seen it happen for unlockable mutations like nutrient drain, where I spent my entire life with perfect diet, never once even got down to great diet. Server resets... boom I hit and no prime... the mutation hasn't unlocked either it's like I never had perfect diet to begin with

It's a huge problem for longer grows like rex where it's unrealistic to hit 75% before getting a nap or whatnot.

What I wish though is that they'd balance things where getting prime is less of a reward than getting frail is a punishment.
