Previously, you would also have 1.1 litres of food - completely full.

With this update, you only keep your 1 litre of food, so you're not full. You've got 1 litre of food in your 1.1 litre stomach, or ~90.9%.

Now imagine that you're growing fast. Instead of going from 1 litre to 1.1, you go straight up to 1.4. Now you have 1 litre of food in your 1.4 litre stomach, or ~71.4%.

So basically the faster you grow, the faster you need to eat to maintain it.

That would be one of the hardest things to put an exact figure on. I believe it scales with the Herra's size and the distance of the fall onto the target. But from my experience, a fullgrown Herra making a big drop attack can 1-tap at least a sub-adult Raptor, which would put it at around 350-400 damage. And then the bleed on top.
