i recommend Beipi, its agility in the water lets it dodge crocs, plus being good in water and on land lets it dodge just about everything, quick to grow too

the herrera lets you dive on people from trees which can scare them, the higher you dive from the more damage you do, plus nothing can do much when you climb a tree
stego is really tanky with really good damage, takes as long as the deino to grow but it can be fun, especially if you like slower gameplay, you can hide that in a bush and wack anyone that gets near, itll just about one shot anything that isnt a carno/cerato

Yeah very few fish were ever in the swamp, I found some near the damn, but that was it, I went south plains lake to stock up on food and then went west more 🙂
