There is no scenario in which you are guaranteed to be regrown. Sometimes when an admin catches a cheater in the act and you die by them you could be regrown - but like I said these aren't guaranteed either. Nothing is set in stone as it would be unfair not to offer it to everybody.

Most likely no. The logistical endeavour for the admins to guarantee you to be regrown when you provide evidence is massive. You need the perfect timeframe for both the admin and the one who reported to be online. If that's not given there will be a massive congestion in unanswered requests.

You'll want the symbols to glow, that happens when they reach at least 100% once. Then that particular diet is active. After that they'll slowly decrease again and when they hit 0% the slot becomes free for another diet.

Yeah we ask that you don't call out those in public chats, even for exploiters, because it's really easy to make wrong accusations, and doing so in the case of genuine exploiters can make it harder to actually catch them. A post like 'hot pink alberto is hacking' they're very likely to log out, change accounts, or die and change skins so its harder for us to find them and deal with it.

This isn't unique to the Isle, it's over all across all games but after an update it's pretty common to see new exploits come in through using new bugs introduced by that patch. Until another patch is deployed that breaks those methods of exploiting, either by removing it completely or updates to anti-cheat systems, you may see an uptick in cheating happen until it can be fixed. It's something we work on through testing and trying to find out how it happens and potential ways people can exploit to help the devs out in preventing it
But of course, there's many thousands of Isle players compared to the testing team- people will find things we miss just through sheer numbers. We've also had a temporary situation where a lot of the admin team is busy with IRL things- some people were on vacation, I've been dealing with a family situation, a lot of us happened to be busy at the same time so it may seem like there's more exploiters when really we just weren't able to hop on it as quickly as we normally would

Giving away the specific information related to an exploiter can make things much harder on our end to catch them- Exploiters often watch the discord chats, and when they know they've been caught may change accounts, skins, or servers to make it harder for us to catch them. It can also be an issue of when it's a false/wrong report, and someone is blamed for exploiting when they actually weren't.

I can understand it being frustrating when its blatant cases of it, but unless we're actively in the server itself, we're going on players' word until we can take a look into it. It's very easy to just say someone's exploiting with no proof, and there have been problems of it in the past which is why we ask it's not public.

An update for how to report exploiters/hackers: 
When reporting exploiters, please make sure all information and pings are in the same message. Not doing so means that the content and context can be missed by admins, or lost by other people talking in the chat.
Please ping the Official Server Admin role (Not individual admins or devs) and state what server the exploiter is on, as well as YOUR in game name. Please do not call out the locations, skins, or names of the exploiters in public chats. If you know the name of an exploiter, you can DM that as well as the server to staff. We ask that you also do not post evidence in public channels- If staff needs more information, they will contact you.
An example report would be @ Official Server Admin (no spaces) Exploiting Sucho on NA15 (ESP, speed), report by Chiiri_h
Keep in mind we do not disclose actions against other users, and often do not reply when we are investigating as not to tip off exploiters and make them more difficult to find.
