hey so I just found out Server EU2 has two Instances. One Were there are 90 Players and the other 49 players you start from the safe file before the crash and if you play in one of them it doesnt save it to the other so watchout

Usually that works as we've explored that idea. However, it gunks up the works and slows down process and response times or be interpreted by the community as a wall of complexity (even though it's not) as a deterrent from them submitting their issues.
Ticket systems are really impersonal and the community already thinks there's no care involved. Removing the human element is gonna make that worse.

for the constructive feedback, just work on the roots of the problems with the cheaters,

to much cheat? have more admins. to less admins? get more admins. cannot get more admins? ask yourself why and work on this, like improve the system to get new admins. i requested like much others, no reply.

Baby Trike, you were so small and cute, I just wanted to zoom in with the mouse wheel and accidentally hit the left mouse button. Please don't think badly of me.
