ye thing is official server admins are volunteers, so private persons with their own private life ( need to respect that) so even of they are online as of right now, they arent always "on Duty" to say so. Also for example now only one of them seems being potentially on "duty" hes got request for Unstuck/hackers and random Bullsheets to get along with and is propably overwhelmed by hundrets of requests for NA/EU/AU/SA/CA... so ya see where this is goin buddy...
