They are working on it, and the Time zones make it hard for the Admins to Monitor a EU server. They do ban, alot. But everytime a new Anti cheat is in place the Cheat developers find new ways around it

But ive seen first hand that the Devs are Banning them, massive Ban waves of rexes that just stand still because they JUST got banned while chasing you, Dondi himself banning on HT makeing a massive Event out of it. Bans happen, but its just alot for a small team like this to handle

All of the devs do insane work. Just look at the Dinos and compare The Isle to Path of Titans... Every dev on here is insanly passionate. Zanorak worked the entire last weekend to keep the server playable WHILE he tried to work on a stable fix. He pushed put 5 or 6 small patches as soon as a new issue came up and the lags got to bad again.

I want to bring an issue on the EU2 server to your attention. The migration zones have been disabled, which makes it impossible to complete the Prime Rex requirements. Only Patrol Zones and the Sanctuary were active.

Players invest a huge amount of time, energy, and effort to work toward Prime. We commit to the challenge, follow the rules, and push ourselves — only to discover in the end that the system is bugged again and progress is blocked. It’s extremely frustrating to grind for hours just to realize that the goal can’t be completed due to a server-side issue.

We would really appreciate it if you could look into this as soon as possible. The community simply wants a fair chance to earn Prime under the proper conditions.

Do not spread misinformation- If we or the devs didn't care, you wouldn't have a report button or the pins outlining how to file a report. All games in some capacity have cheaters and it's a constant arms race- discouraging others from removing them does nothing but help the cheaters themselves.

The issue with getting more admins is a matter of getting qualified applicants, from what I've heard the majority of people use the admin application form to complain, or are straight up hackers themselves trying to be admins, we need good applicants, not just a lot of them, because you do represent the company and admin abuse on official servers would be way worse than on unofficials, the people who scream at us telling us we suck and having a meltdown saying they applied and weren't accepted weren't accepted because they aren't good admin material, this job requires incredible amounts of patience, and should be treated like a job you aren't thanked for often, aren't paid for, and are always exprected to do more, I had more time when I first started doing admin stuff, but now most of my time admining is from 12ish to 2ish my local time because I am an adult with friends, college, and a job, yes, we need more, the problem is, most the people who are applying just suck https://dyno.gg/form/a588e123
