It's getting a bit tiresome that nothing is being done, while these cheaters roam free and cause chaos... It takes away people's motivation to play. You spend hours raising a dinosaur, and then along comes some one-hit cheater rat, and all your effort is gone...

They have stated that they do not tell you if action has been taken against a hacker, they’re also volunteers for this and do not get paid. I’m assuming they have their own jobs and a life so they aren’t on this game 24/7 to help.

Oh, and he hasn't been able to reply for months... so what's the point of having an admin like that? They should hire new admins who at least play on a daily basis. Because like this, it's completely pointless... We've been playing for months, there have been several similar cases, and we haven’t received any proper response or meaningful help.
