Bonsoir, désolé j’écris ce message en français mais ça devient plus possible. Et j’arrive pas à le traduire. Cela fait quelques temps que je joue sur le serveur 4 Europe. Et il y a un ou des Cera qui triche. En effet, je constate cela car l’autre jour moi et mon groupe de Dilo on s’est fait attaquer par un Cera il a traqué mon groupe les a tous tué. Et bien évidemment, impossible de se défendre, sachant qu’il surfait littéralement sur le sol et tournais hyper vite. Donc impossible de lui mettre des coups et il a survécu à énormément de morsures. J’ai réussi à survivre et je suis mort lors d’un combat contre d’autres dinosaures qui ne trichait pas (gg). Je me suis reconnecté, j’ai recréer un dilo et là je me connecte ce soir et rebelote, je retombe sur un Cera qui triche. Il m’a traqué sur toute la map, il a pris aucun dégât. It turns out I'm not the John Rambo of herreras after all 😆 I made another little tree lizard, got eaten at 50%. And then made another and I'm back at the waterfall at about 90%. You said they have absolutely no time and they go to highschool. someone who makes game and has 30 developers as a whole dev team should absolutely have time im not saying all day but they surely have 3-5 hours a day that they can work on the game I mean the game isn't free so they are getting money so It'd be also pretty nice if the players got some good quality stuff and not encountering bugs every 10-15 mins

They can, because they do. The video game industry is rife with worker abuses and crunch time, it's a better thing for them to not and to be able to put our better quality work than if they were constantly being stressed.

Also, 30 developers is NOT a lot of people. Many are artists and don't have anything to do with coding. Please also keep in mind this is an early access game- there will be bugs and issues.

The system we use alerts all admins at once, and there are a lot of issues with ticket systems. They can be buggy, and the last thing we want is losing access to tickets if a bot goes down or people being unable to make reports.

Because this is an early access game- bugs are a part of it, you will encounter them now and again. We likely won't be doing restores for bugs at all but if we ever do, it will be when the game is in a full release state only.

We don't disclose when we are in game or investigating- it's a public discord anyone can join, including the cheating player. If we say we're online and in game, all the cheaters magically stop using hacks and never get caught.
