99% of all deinos are canni's due to diet as well as keeping other competition out of the way, always grow to 100% deino and have the saltwater mut to survive there before you hit the actual rivers above

why is is mainly cera/s that cheat, 3 days ago, was a red cera in EU 10. killed 3 FG stegos that was full on stam and HP,. his bite box seemes like alot bigger cuzz his head was not even near the stegos and it still hurt them until they died, and the cera took no DMG, cuzz was never in reach of the tail swing. i really hope you guys can fix the insane huge cheating isseu that ruins the experiance for many players

Yes, we have considered it, and while feedback is always open, there are many reasons to why the report system is the way it is. Mainly, the more steps made to make a report, the less people actually do so paired with that people will use these channels for it regardless. We did have a system for it before, but IIRC, it wasn't used. And also, you can DM evidence to staff at any time.

In every other online pvp based game I have ever played it has worked very well. Maybe it was implemented not so well. Also I don't see why feedback would be rude. I can tell you with a 100% confidence that every cheaters out there has this or any other corresponding channel to the server they are playing open on another monitor, and guess what happens the second they see a report of them posted here? They either switch off the cheats or switch server. I don't see any downside of having a ticket system here.

I'm not saying feedback is rude, your message was. You came out of the gate swinging with insults and rude remarks out of nowhere.

We are aware of such issues, but I promise you, far more than you think tend to assume the report isn't about them. Cheaters tend to think everyone else is also cheating. The issue of cheaters potentially also being in the discord is exactly why we ask people do not post the names, skin, or location here and to instead DM that info to staff.

Ticket systems are also far more buggy than you may think. Bots that handle them and permissions can break, become inaccessible, or have major security flaws. Even the Dyno bot which is one of the most reliable semi-frequently goes down where it's not usable at all.

Thank you. I can clarify to make it make a bit more sense:

We don't necessarily see too many cheaters log out unless their location/name/skin is dropped following reports. Even of the ones that do, its a very small amount IMO, and we can usually get in before they can get out. Advantage of priority over regular players and whatnot. There's also a few other reasons: Region is a big one. Some of our admins are in regions where their ping is so bad in other regions they can't do much, so having it pre sorted by that works fairly well.

And also, an in game report system is a lot more difficult than you may think. At least with this system, all admins are notified, at once, any time a proper report comes in. Discord is lightweight, we p much all have it on our phones, we will see it regardless of what we're doing. An in game report system could also be subject to hacks, or breached by some. It would also need a way to notify all of us too, which may not work if we say, don't currently have the game open, or be subject to issues bots have.

Again though that can cause problems, as bots can be quite buggy. One server I was in used a bot for behind the scenes stuff that was a fairly reliable one, and unfortunately, once bugged out and made all private tickets/channels public with no way to quickly undo for example. A discord as large as this, that's one of the last things we'd want on top of other issues a bot could pose

I also have to say something good about the admins. Every time my friends and I play and we encounter a hacker, one of us reports the hacker. So far, an admin has always responded. They came into the game and were able to see what was happening, and the hacker was banned. The admins do respond to concerns, although not all of them. They just respond privately, not publicly. The only thing that bothers me is that you always have to wait 30 minutes for the records.
