I've actually seen this a few times myself, Cerato's that seem to always know where you are and have a small corpse stuck to them, you can tell you're being trailed because you'll just see a corpse icon moving through the jungle towards you on scent.

Once again. Admins have real lives and are volunteers. They are not paid to do this. They do not come when you snap your fingers if they are not available. You could always apply to be an admin and then you’re subject to the same rules they follow like everyone else. At most you are kicking a dead horse that won’t solve the issue. On server eu7 there was a cheater who was in a fight between 2 raptors, 1 cera and 3 diablos (my group), and killed everyone immediately with just one bite, plus he was noticeably fast. Since it was so small and fast, I couldn't tell exactly what kind of dinosaur it was, it looked like a small galli, or trodon. Every one of us mentioned above is dead. As far as I know, teleporting isn't a hack on the isle. He could have logged in? Make sure you run F2 and you can see exactly what happens when your replays are available. ESP is a thing though, so he could have come right to you because he saw your nametag.

You refill freshwater to full 2-3 times and let it deplete (naturally or by drinking more saltwater) then both the mutation unlock and deficient marker go
