They can’t reply to them about someone getting banned due to an NDA. Plus they don’t need people starting witch hunts for players who have been banned through steam, discord or anything else.

Wimurk, I feel you. I would be right there wanting the same thing before I was admin. Now that I am admin, I see the background stuff and we are also legally bound to not do so. We are literally not allowed to say when or if someone is banned.
I know it feels deceiving and like things aren't being done cause again, I been there.
But I can promise you, reports are looked into and dealt with appropriately.

It would be nice if we had a channel like that or a bot we could report tickets to like with other discord servers, but it’s still up to the developers if they want something like that and it’s not on the top of their list right now
