Again, unstucks are not guaranteed as per the pins. It is entirely admin discretion on of we do them or not, sometimes we are not available for them due to a larger issue, and spamming is much less likely to get you one.

Keep in mind this is a survival game still in development- the entire point is you will die eventually, and sometimes it will be to a bug or issue.

Because unstucks are not a priority issue and we are not always available. I have work I need to do, family to take care of, real life stuff and cheaters to beat with the ban stick. Those are all much higher priority, and unstucks are not actually a required part of our duties- it's something we do IF we feel like, IF we want to.

And yeah, sometimes it DOES take a while depending on what's going on- if there's a mass of cheat reports, we might have no time to do unstucks.

we don't have rules against mixpacking on the officials so you wouldn't be banned for that. Since you're unable to connect to unofficial servers as well it seems like an issue with your game. Try checking the pins 📌 in #🔧-evrima-troubleshooting-🔧 there may be a solution in there

I'm not sure how to fix your issue. the usual troubleshooting solutions in increasing severity are:

• Make sure windows is up to date
• Make sure drivers are up to date
• Verify integrity of game files
• Clear config folder
• Restart PC
• Uninstall/reinstall the game
• Uninstall/reinstall steam

When I get the infinite connecting screen I verify my files a couple times and keep trying to join the server until it works
