In the most simple terms, losing weight is about calories in vs calories burned. Starving yourself can do more harm than good. It puts your body into "starvation mode" and instead of burning more calories it tries to save up everything it can. Along with other negatives that come with starvation and malnutrition.
The best way to lose weight is to try to eat more natural and healthy foods/snacks over unhealthy like candy, chips, ect, and to watch your portion size. This isn't to say you should eat like a mouse, but work on making your portions smaller over time if you're eating too much and try to cut out snacking or replace snacks with healthy things like a serving of applesauce, fruit, or veggies.

personally, i can't stand PoT so I'd have to say Isle. PoT is just a pile of fetch quests that don't feel natural and imo, detract more than they add to the experience

PoT also has some animals locked behind paywalls

and at its base it is more expensive than The Isle last time i checked

PoT has more customisation in both gameplay and appearance, but I find the combat trivial and even getting a fight is tough with how many people just kind of mixpack or hunt you down after you kill them

currently all it has going for it is species variation and customization in general but that cant be compared to the isle's upcoming skin system yet

so cant say which is going to have the better end product on customization. PoT also has weirdass WoW style summoning stones and global chat so it invites birdbath gameplay more if youre in to sitting around a lake talking cross species and ganging up on anybody who tries to attack. not my cup of tea but eh some people like that

PoT also has multiple character slots so there is a LOT of revenge killing. people will literally attack you for no reason, die and then switch to an adult trike or something to come back and finish you off

and theyll call their mix pack friends to run you down and team you to death in an unwinnnable fight because they all have alts
