For Example, you can't crave video games until you try it. Once you tried it and you liked it, your dopamine level will rise to the sky and after that, even thinking about it will raise your dopamine level, so you will eventually end up doing it again. However dopamine level will decrease after many times doing the same activites that you craved for. Again, thats why people who simply don't enjoy a game will still continue playing it. It becomes an addiction, your dopamin level will be low, yet you still playing the game. It happened me with WoW trough 2 years before I could say, fuck it.
