Well I used to do bank entry for manually moving database information in a city. The bandwidth is actually SLOWER than moving it by hand (hence bike couriers). So I'd make copies on hand and export data to later be reparsed into a different system.

Simply put. I fell. I do a lot of work with old people, my neighbor was one of them. She's big on gardening and terraces her garden (kinda like big rock steps for growing on them). I fell and half my hand landed on the wall, the other half hit the ground.

I broke the last two metacarpals of my hand. A spiral fracture (to explain a bit more) is a lot like the red line on a candy cane. Except it's a break in your bone.

Turned that bone in my hand into a really wide slinky basically.

@ocean bay I think its more of an Card issue than game issue. I heard it was mostly EVGA cards ( yes, the publisher of some cards that literally catched on fire due to some physical and software issues). If your card has temperature issues (and the card isnt from a trash publisher) it will throttle itself or even shutdown to avoid frying the card. It probably has something to do with the game also, but it wont kill your card ( generally speaking) if its not a malfuctioning trash.

Don't palm-strike someone's nose, don't hold your keys between your knuckles.

Palm-Strikes: If you miss, you very easily gouge out your wrist on their upper jaw. Those tendons don't grow back.
Keys: If your grip strength sucks, you'll impale your palm with the backs of the keys and not actually do any damage.

If you're cornered, headbutt them. Shatter their nose. If you get toothed, it won't be as bad. Or stomp on their knee. Down and back or out to the side.

The knee will not heal and no one fights with a shattered nose, this isn't a movie.

Your joints don't like to heal if they're hyper-extended in directions they don't naturally articulate. A knee will not heal, an elbow has a chance.

One i still remember is a situation where you are pinned against the wall by someone and you put your leg in some position then do an uno reverse on them

Running's great, but if you're a chunky fuck like me then take up boxing. Working a bag for a half hour a day is amazing cardio.

Honestly, take up boxing anyways. It's a lot of fun, it'll teach you how to think on your feet, and you'll get good footwork. (Also girls love abs... guys too)
