This also impacts us in a number of ways but one way is our circadian rhythms which is basically like an internal 24 hour biological clock that tells organisms when to go through sleeping cycles, when hormones should get released, your metabolism, etc. And when this is affected it can lead to sleeping disorders like insomnia and mood swings.

The causes of this are outdoor lighting that isn't very well designed and using way to many lights than are needed. But there are ways to fix it like using certain light shields that prevent the light from being directed into the sky.

When I built my new PC last year I had some issues with it randomly turning off too.
The various issues were:

• Turning off and crashing to bios no boot drive detected
• Turning off and crashing to bios because the OS install had been corrupted and needed to be reinstalled
• Randomly turning off because of a known issue with my new CPU I hadn't known about or I wouldn't have bought it 💀

But I got them all resolved and might be able to help if you have more details 🎉

It was messed up for 6 months

Would have been 2 months and saved them like $4000+ in replacement parts had they listened to me about the corrupt OS the first time

But nooo the girl who built her own PC and has a degree in computer science clearly doesn't know what she's talking about when it comes to computers

They replaced EVERYTHING (except the case, fans, and water cooler) on their own dime 2x before listening to me 💀

You know how easy it is to factory reset the PC instead of rebuilding it multiple times?
SO EASY
It has a Nvidia 4070 which they replaced 2 TIMES on their own dime!!! Before they would listen to me and try a fresh install of the OS which would take like 10min and cost them nothing

For clarity, they kept cloning the original OS to the new drive each time they replaced it with a new one. Even though I said there's nothing but a couple steam games loaded onto the PC so it doesn't need to be cloned I'll just re-download them.
