oh an expectations, don't be pressured into feeling like you arnt doing good cause you arn't looking the way you want in a month, building and getting healthy takes time, treat yourself with patience and kindness
oh yeah, you are gonna wanna eat better, but its okay to focus on one healthy habit at a time
but i find when i exercise i feel motivated to eat right too
its okay to feel overwhelmed at first too, just break down you goal into small tasks to make it less spooky

Well, in Germany they do smth. like a puberty check if everything is growing alr and the doctor said I'm a little skinny but I'm eating more now and gaining weight
The problem rather was or is, that I have a weird schedule for eating
So I'd eat like nothing at all for breakfast and lunch but then a ton of food at night, or the other way around
