deino having it would only be an annoyance. Broken legs doesnt really affect a deino's every life. A broken skull would just make the extreme low visibility then impossible underwater.
It also makes no sense for it to have it when it already has a lunge. And if you're fighting things you can't grab, you're kinda screwed regardless and won't be able to bonebreak them anyway.

bonebreak would purely be for accuracy then, and the isle is not made with accuracy in mind

once out of sanc it takes like 30-40min to get sub where you run at 37.8 kmh. you then take 1-1.5hrs to get to 75% and run at 34.2 kmh or so.

kentro is just get run down by x carnivore central honestly, rex is a HUGE problem

dibble is pretty rare to see, youll basically only see em if there isnt a rex around(there is always a rex around), maia is rare, teno is dryo levels, stego is kinda seen but its rare to see a prime one, trike is next to never seen because rex can at any point run it down and trike has no way to escape. so youll only see one hiding or a full prime one that 2(1) rexes havent found yet
